Is it fundamental for a digital artist to first master/learn how to draw in the proper and correct method before moving on to paint digitally, be it concepts or illustrations?

Stock packs (All kinds of stock imagery to use in your artwork )
Render packs ( Images to use for your work,C4D,fractals,wireframes,etc )
Photoshop Files ( Brushes, Fonts, Gradients, Patterns,PSDs,etc )
Resource Packs ( Multiple resources,includes all of the above but in smaller amounts)
A little bit of everything ( Depends on what resources that you need at that moment )
None of the above ( You create your own resources )

True the Premium Render forums are there, but I don't know if we could revive them, if anything goes wrong in them there will be no fixing them. Well I will be over at SigResource and droppin by other fourms I have signed up for.
